Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order (1 working day for urgent orders), from our warehouse in Nyon, Switzerland.

Delivery times

Delivery times are given for information only:

• 2 to 5 working days (plus preparation time) for an urgent shipment.

• 2 to 10 working days (plus preparation time) for a standard shipment.

Packaging and protection

Our parcels are prepared with the greatest care to reduce the risk of physical and thermal damage. Each shipment includes at least two layers of protection: double-wall cardboard and foam cushioning. On request, thermal protection can be added for particularly hot climates.

Our ecological commitment

To limit the environmental impact of our shipments, we favour environmentally-friendly materials.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of the order.

👉 We recommend combining your purchases into a single order: two separate orders incur two separate shipping costs.

International delivery

We deliver within Switzerland and internationally. For shipments outside Switzerland, any taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on delivery.

Parcel tracking

All shipments are handled by Swiss Post, FedEx and our partner carriers. A tracking number is always provided to the customer for online tracking.

Returns

Any product return must be agreed in writing with our customer service in advance. Please contact us via the Contact section before any return. If a parcel is returned for non-delivery, reshipment is at the customer's expense. Swisswellness-online.com cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of a parcel.
